Installation and Usage Precautions

1. Grinding operations must not be performed using equipment without protective devices. Equipment guards must be intact and properly installed.

2. The installation and use of grinding wheels lacking manufacturer information, specifications, or rated speed (“three-no” grinding wheels) is prohibited.

3. Forcibly using grinding wheels with hidden cracks, expired, or moisture-damaged conditions is prohibited.

4. Multiple operators must not simultaneously operate the same grinding equipment. Operators must maintain a stable stance and avoid working directly facing the front of the grinding wheel.
